Brief

“We would like a screen to display presentations and videos that our speakers will be presenting to our members. Due to confidentiality, we won’t have access to all the presentations so some speakers will be bringing their own laptops to plug in and present from.”

 

Solution

We installed a 5m x 2m video wall screen with a white surround. It was raised 1m from the floor in which we applied their logo underneath the screen, centre to the set. A white lectern was placed to one side of the screen so that when keynote speakers were presenting, they were still engaging with the attendees and the content was still visible to see.

 

Our audio technician gave the option of a headset or handheld microphone to the speakers and were sound checked before delegates entered the room. The visual technician liaised with each speaker to check their requirements for their presentations and videos and ensured they were correctly scaled for the size of the LED screen and between the two, they also ensured that any sound in the presentations or videos were working simultaneously together.
