Brief

“We are holding our first employee awards ceremony and would like to create a magical evening for everyone to enjoy. What ideas do you have and what theme do you think we should do?”

 

Solution

With the brief being vague it was up to our project managers to be creative. We assessed the space in the venue and proposed a few ideas to the client, to which they chose a casino theme for the awards ceremony.
 
On the day of install we had 6 crew members including the project manager. We provided a 6m stage dressed in white with a large video wall behind it to display their content. With an array of lighting fixtures we were able to illuminate the room to the theme and provide a stunning light show for when award winners were announced and when the guests were dancing at the end of the evening. Our project manager, alongside our technicians, ensured the evening ran seamlessly for a great night.
