Brief

"We loved the theming from 2019's New Years Eve Event and would like you to work with us again this year. This time it will be a carnival theme.

 

Solution

After a meeting with the organisers, we deduced what was required to take the awards ceremony above their expectations. We installed lighting suspended from above with a mixture of washes, beams and profiles. To display content throughout the evening we provided a large LED screen which became the backdrop to the main stage. The stage was raised by 60cm and laid with black carpet. We added steps to either side and also a disability access ramp from one side.
